The key to business success is the correct application of both the Management by Statistics and the Conditions technology as developed by L. Ron Hubbard.
Business success is possible. By knowing and applying some simple basic fundamentals one can pull himself up and out and into a new era of expansion and prosperity.
The CONDITION of any activity can be measured by statistics. Whether an individual or activity is badly failing or just remaining the same, such operating states can always be bettered if the correct formula is followed.
How does one know whether an activity is worsening or improving? By using statistics, only by using statistics can the actual survival potential of an organization or any activity be determined.

Know and apply the condition formulas
When you apply a condition formula, you are taking the actions that improve the situation. No matter what the situation may be, the conditions apply.
By using the Management by Statistics 3 software, and getting your individual employees monitoring and tracking their own production, you are giving them the tools they need to produce the results you want.
