Personnel Potential Analysis: The Personnel Potential Analysis Testing System includes a series of 3 tests to produce a profile of the candidate you are interviewing. It is designed to be used with an entire interview process.
The PPA (Personnel Potential Analysis) test measures 10 job-related criteria essential in determining how a person may function on the job. These are:

COMPOSURE
CERTAINTY
ACTIVITY LEVEL
AGGRESSIVENESS
RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL
CORRECT ESTIMATION
APPRECIATIVENESS and
COMMUNICATION LEVEL
The IQ test measures the ability to solve problems.
The Aptitude test measures the ability to duplicate and carry out instructions and tells you if the person may be accident-prone.
The tests are designed and intended only to be used in conjunction with a full interview process and are not substitutes for such a process.

Personnel Potential Analysis Desktop Software
The Personal Potential Analysis Online software product replaced the Personnel Potential Analysis Desktop software product in August 2024. Current users of the Personnel Potential Analysis Desktop software may continue to utilize the desktop software through annual renewal of the Personnel Potential Analysis Desktop software user license (currently $995.00).
Software runs on Windows XP, 7, 8, 10, and 11.
