Statistic Entry Layout Diagram - Values by Period

Use this tab to enter values for statistics which are based on a fixed periods of time. Statistics with a fixed entry period allow for one value per period. For example, a daily entered statistic will allow one value to be entered per day.

  1. Statistic Entry – when clicked a window slides out
  2. Auto Hide Pin – click to close the window
  3. Values by Period – in this view, you can enter statistics by a selected time period
  4. Company drop down menu – select a company
  5. Statistics drop down menu – select which statistics to view – My statistics – My junior’s statistics – All statistics I have rights to
  6. Daily or weekly – select daily or weekly statistics
  7. Date window – select date from calendar or by using the up and down arrows
  1. Refresh button – refreshes screen
  2. Save button – saves the data entered
  3. Undo button – undo last action
  4. Help button – opens a separate help window
  5. Statistic Name – displays the name of the statistic
  6. Date – select the date you want
  7. Statistic Value – displays the statistic value
  8. Notes – displays any notes entered
  9. Post Title – the post title of the person responsible for the statistics directly below is displayed here
  10. Statistic value entry window – enter statistic values here
